How long will my order take?
Great things take time, right? All of our jewelry is handmade to order in our California studio. This process takes approximately 5-15 business days. Larger orders may require a longer production time.
We do our best to create and ship orders as quickly as possible! If you need something expedited or you'd like an estimate on a ship date, please feel free to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Everything is handmade.
Annachich Jewelry takes pride in the consistency of our production but because all of our pieces are handmade, there may be slight variances in the shape, color, size or finish of the jewelry piece you receive. That's part of what makes your piece absolutely unique!
Free Shipping on all U.S. orders over $150!
Orders under $150 pay a flat $10 shipping rate. All Standard orders are shipped by FedEx Ground with a tracking number. FedEx Ground generally takes 5-7 business days.
Expedited shipping is available at an additional cost:
FedEx 2-Day - $15
FedEx Overnight - $40

Although our items are all handmade to order just for you, we want to ensure that you are happy with your purchase. Our return policy lasts 10 business days. Please let us know asap if you're unhappy with your purchase for any reason. If more than 10 business days have gone by since your purchase, we can not offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Returned items can be credited back to the original credit card or the balance can be used as store credit. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to request a return.
Please email us for a return address. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Please ship your return items with a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for lost return packages.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item please send us an email at email@example.com. Make sure to specify the defect or damage of the item you received.
Payments accepted are: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club and JCB.
You will be charged appropriate tax in the state of California.
At this time we are accepting orders to all US, US territory and APO/FPO addresses. We regret that we are currently unable to accept orders to any international addresses.
